New indexing control tools: Googlebot arrival time, submission from verification projects, and quick results view

We continue to develop 2index.ninja not just as a service for submitting URLs for indexing, but as a full-fledged platform for SEO specialists, link builders, website owners, and agencies.

In this update, we've added several features that help you better understand what happens to your pages after they're submitted for indexing, work faster with unindexed URLs, and more easily check results in search engines.

Googlebot arrival time on pages

One of the main new features is the display of the time Googlebot arrived at pages that were submitted for indexing.

Previously, users primarily saw the final status: whether the page was indexed or not. But between submitting the URL and the page appearing in search results, there's an important intermediate step—a visit from a search engine robot.

Now we can understand:

  • Did Googlebot visit the page after submission?
  • when exactly he visited the URL;
  • How quickly does Google respond to submissions?
  • Are there any pages that remain unvisited by the bot for a long time?
  • Whether the problem is related to indexing or to the fact that Googlebot has not yet reached the page.

This is especially useful for large websites, online stores, news projects, directories, PBNs, as well as for specialists who work with mass indexing of backlinks.

If Googlebot visited a page but it wasn't indexed, that's one type of problem. If the bot never visited the page, that's a different scenario. These situations are now easier to separate and analyze.

Important: For 2index.ninja to display Googlebot arrival times, the user must grant our account access to their site in Google Search Console. Without access to GSC data, we cannot obtain this information.

You should also consider Google's official limits: the URL Inspection API has a quota of 2,000 requests per site per day. This limit is set by Google, not 2index.ninja.

Submitting pages for indexing directly from indexing check projects

We've also made it easier to work with indexing verification projects.

Now you can submit pages for indexing directly from projects where they were checked. This makes the process significantly more convenient:

  • downloaded a list of URLs;
  • checked which pages are already in the index;
  • saw unindexed URLs;
  • They were immediately sent for indexing without any extra steps.

Previously, indexation verification and submission for indexing were perceived as two separate steps. Now, they are better integrated into a single workflow.

This is especially useful when you need to regularly process large lists of pages or backlinks. For example, after purchasing links, publishing new pages, updating a sitemap, importing URLs from a crawler, or performing a mass check of old site content.

Quickly view indexed pages in search engines

Another update is the ability to quickly view the indexing results “live”.

Search engine icons have been added to the interface. Clicking them opens the corresponding search engine with a pre-prepared query, allowing the user to manually verify that the page actually appears in the search results.

This is convenient in several cases:

  • when you need to quickly check a disputed URL;
  • when you want to see the result with your own eyes;
  • when you need to show the client confirmation of indexing;
  • when you want to double-check the automatic status manually.

We understand that SEO specialists value not only automation but also control. That's why we've added the ability to quickly transition from the system status to a live search engine audit.

Why are these updates needed?

Indexing isn't a simple "yes" or "no" status. In real-world work, it's important to understand the entire URL path:

  • the page has been created or a link has been posted;
  • URL sent for indexing;
  • a search bot visited the page;
  • whether the page was indexed or not;
  • The result can be checked in a search engine.

New features help improve control over this process. Users receive more data and can make decisions faster: resubmit URLs, refine the page, check for technical issues, strengthen internal linking, or analyze the quality of the link platform.

What's changed for 2index.ninja users?

2index.ninja is now more convenient:

  • track Googlebot visits after submitting a URL;
  • work with unindexed pages directly from verification projects;
  • quickly open indexing results in search engines;
  • separate the problems of scanning and the problems of indexing itself;
  • control mass indexing of pages and backlinks.

We will continue to develop the service towards more in-depth indexing analysis. Our goal is for 2index.ninja to be more than just a URL submission tool, but a full-fledged platform for monitoring page and link visibility in search engines.

You can try out the new features in your 2index.ninja account. To view Googlebot's arrival time, you'll need to connect your site through Google Search Console.
